Est-ce judicieux ou non d\u2019entamer des travaux pour remettre \u00e0 neuf sa cuisine?\u00a0<strong>L\u2019expertise d\u2019un courtier vous sugg\u00e9rera d\u2019abord de comparer votre propri\u00e9t\u00e9 au march\u00e9 environnant. Il est notamment recommand\u00e9 de nettoyer, vider, \u00e9purer et repeindre les murs avec des couleurs neutres pour \u00e9viter de heurter les go\u00fbts des acheteurs. De m\u00eame pour la salle de bains, une pi\u00e8ce primordiale dans la maison, si des travaux minimes sont n\u00e9cessaires, il est conseill\u00e9 de les faire pour donner une impression de neuf qui va donner envie \u00e0 l\u2019acheteur d\u2019utiliser cette salle de bains.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sont des petites am\u00e9liorations, des l\u00e9gers changements de-ci et de-l\u00e0 \u00e0 un investissement moindre qui vont faire une diff\u00e9rence et dont les d\u00e9penses pourront \u00eatre r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es au moment de la vente.
