Addendum
The virtual tour of the three floors begins with the ground
floor. When you have completed the ground floor virtual
tour, you click on the front door to go to the third floor
virtual tour and the same for the second floor.

Works and improvements:
Underpinning work, in the rear basement (20 linear feet)
dug and solidified the north party wall and installation of
a submersible pump.
The three fiberglass front balconies and the wrought iron
front staircase changed in 2016.
Wrought iron and rear staircase changed.
The electrical entrances of the three units changed and the
electrical entrance of the workshop.
Windows and doors changed over time.
All aluminum front and rear doors.
On the three floors, windows of the rear bedroom as well as
the following three windows as well (dining room or living
room). Finally on the ground floor bathroom window.
Each apartment has ample rear storage.
On the ground floor the kitchen and the bathroom have been
redone.
On the second floor the bathroom has been redone.

According to city regulations, it is not possible to
transform the rear workshop into a house independent of the
triplex, but it is possible, by physically attaching the
